Structure features:

This equipment is new type fully automatic filling and sealing machine which is special researched and designed for high end users. It suitable for sterilizing filling and sealing milk, yogurt, ice cream, juice and ect,. and another paste like liquid which need high hygeian grade.

Machine work automatically, working flows is Cup sending---Dust absorption---Slice film placement---Detection and sealing---Caps placing and pressing---End products discharging( Functions can be added or reduced according to customer’s requirement.

Whole machine made of stainless steel #304, assembly with automatic CIP clean function, installed grade 100 air filter make filling cabinet clean and sterility. Machine combined controlled by PLC and control panel, inverter frequency controlled, easy operation, heat sealing head independent temperature controlled for accuracy temperature control and safety sealing, performance is stable and reliable.

Electrical pneumatic parts and control system on machine is famous brand from Germany, France, Japan and Korea.
